This course will focus on expanding your painting skills through essential and foundational principles. Students will learn the process of a simple value lay-in, composition, working with limited palettes, and rendering.

Still Life Painting
Value Structure
Laws of Light
Color Theory
Palette Organization
Brush Mechanics
Organized color mixing
Design/Simplifying
